What Is Renuvion J Plasma?

What Can I Expect from Renuvion Treatment in Scottsdale?

Once you have been cleared for Renuvion, the treatment can be performed in the office. Local or tumescent anesthesia will be administered to prevent you from feeling any pain during treatment. General anesthesia (a.k.a., “going under”) is not needed but sedation anesthesia can be used if desired especially if combined with other surgical procedures.
The J Plasma wand-like device will deliver precise plasma energy either to the skin surface of your entire face or specific, pre-selected areas, like the under-eye area, mouth or jowl area or beneath the skin of the lower face and neck or other body areas to tighten the tissue.
After the treatment beneath the skin a compression garment is worn and side effects like swelling are generally most noticeable for 3 to 5 days. Following the skin surface treatment, side effects like redness, peeling, itching and minor swelling are common. The majority of these side effects subside after approximately 10 days, but it can take two to three weeks to completely recover from treatment. In both cases, final results will occur over the next weeks to a few months.
Normally noticeable results can be seen after a single treatment session, and follow-up or touch-up treatments are not necessary.
